Application: Most common requests that Real Estate Developers ask the architect to study are optimal views from the building so that they can accurately price each floor plate when selling the space to a potential renter. A tool was developed just to do this, by measuring visual space from a particular vantage point at each building floor plate with the ability to apply a View Score. Visualizing this helps produce data to determine what each floor's optimal sight lines are, creating a solution to the Developer's request.
